The minimum order is USD 150, and shipping is free on every order of USD 150 or more. Orders below USD 150 cannot be checked out.
Where orders ship from
Online orders are available for the United States, Canada and Taiwan. Orders currently ship from Taiwan (internationally to the US and Canada); US-based fulfillment is planned to start in Q1 2027. Taiwan orders ship locally and are sold and invoiced by 網格亞太股份有限公司 (tax ID 42996772), with 5% Taiwan VAT added at checkout.
Customs duties and import taxes
Because orders ship internationally, customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees may apply on delivery. These are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. See the Shipping Policy.
