Terms of service
1. About us. ugrid.online is operated by UGrid Network Inc., 2703-602 Como Lake Ave, Coquitlam, BC V3J 0G2, Canada (info@ugridnet.com, +1 647-980-9177). By using this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
2. Business customers. Our products are CATV network components (taps, splitters, directional couplers and power inserters) intended for professional installation in cable networks. The store is primarily for business buyers; you confirm the products will be installed by qualified personnel in line with applicable codes.
3. Orders and acceptance. An order is an offer to buy. We may accept, refuse or cancel any order (e.g. stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud or export restrictions). If we cancel after payment, we refund in full.
4. Prices and payment. Prices are set in USD; Canadian orders are charged in CAD and Taiwan orders in TWD, converted at the exchange rate shown at checkout. Prices exclude any import duties or taxes unless stated at checkout. Minimum order is USD 150 (or the converted equivalent). Payment is due at checkout through the methods offered. Volume orders and destinations outside the US, Canada and Taiwan are quoted separately.
5. Membership. Customers with an account are Members. Customers whose orders total USD 2,000 or more in the rolling last 12 months are Gold members and receive 5% off products, applied automatically when signed in, and combinable with other discounts. Status is recalculated continuously; cancelled and refunded amounts do not count. We may change or end the membership program with notice on the site; changes do not affect orders already placed.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
7. Limited warranty. We warrant that products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery under normal use and correct installation. Our sole obligation is to repair, replace or refund the defective product, at our option. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, lightning or power surges, water ingress from unsealed connections, modification, or misuse. To claim, email info@ugridnet.com with your order number, description and photos.
8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including service outages, lost revenue or labour costs), and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
9. Product information. We try to keep specifications accurate, but errors may occur. Check specifications for your application before installation.
10. Export compliance. You agree not to export or re-export products in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws.
11. Intellectual property. Site content, the UGRID name and logo belong to UGrid Network Inc. and may not be used without permission.
12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there; the courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
13. Changes. We may update these Terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies.
14. Language. These Terms are provided in several languages; if there is any inconsistency, the English version prevails.
Taiwan orders. For orders delivered to Taiwan, the seller is 網格亞太股份有限公司 (UGRID Asia Pacific; tax ID 42996772), which issues the invoice; prices are charged in TWD (converted from USD) and 5% Taiwan VAT is added at checkout. Where these Terms refer to UGrid Network Inc. as seller, this applies to 網格亞太股份有限公司 for Taiwan orders. Gold membership benefits apply to Taiwan orders as well.
