Shipping policy
1. Where we ship. Online orders are available for delivery to the United States, Canada and Taiwan only. Prices are set in USD; orders to the US are charged in USD, to Canada in CAD and to Taiwan in TWD (converted from USD at the current exchange rate shown at checkout; USD amounts such as the USD 150 minimum apply as their converted equivalent). For other countries, please request a quote or email info@ugridnet.com; international buyers outside the US, Canada and Taiwan are responsible for customs clearance, duties and taxes in their country.
2. Minimum order and free shipping. The minimum order is USD 150. All orders of USD 150 or more ship free. Orders below USD 150 cannot be checked out.
3. Ship-from location. Orders currently ship internationally from Taiwan. Fulfilment from a US location is planned to start in Q1 2027; we will update this policy when it does.
4. Processing time. In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment (Taiwan business days; excluding weekends and public holidays). Large or quoted volume orders may need longer; we will confirm the date.
5. Carriers and transit time. We ship with an express international courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx or UPS). Typical transit time to the US and Canada is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.
6. Duties and taxes (US & Canada). Because orders currently ship from Taiwan, import duties, taxes (e.g. GST/HST/PST in Canada) and brokerage fees may be charged on delivery and are the buyer's responsibility, unless shown as included at checkout. Refused shipments due to unpaid duties are returned at the buyer's cost, less original shipping and return charges.
7. Address and delivery. Please check your shipping address; we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier's delivery address.
8. Lost or damaged shipments. Report visible damage or a missing parcel within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and replace or refund as appropriate.
9. Discounts. Free shipping combines with other discounts, including the Gold member 5% discount.
Taiwan orders. Orders delivered to Taiwan ship locally from our Taiwan warehouse within 1–2 business days and are sold and invoiced by 網格亞太股份有限公司 (UGRID Asia Pacific; tax ID 42996772). Taiwan orders are charged in TWD (converted from our USD prices); 5% Taiwan VAT is added at checkout. The USD 150 minimum order and free shipping at USD 150+ also apply. No import duties apply to domestic Taiwan deliveries. Enter your 統一編號 (company tax ID) and company name in the cart if you need a company invoice.
