Q: How does UGRID membership work?

There are two tiers. Member: anyone with a free UGRID account. Gold member: customers whose orders total USD 2,000 or more in the rolling last 12 months (past orders count; status is recalculated continuously). Gold members get 5% off all products, applied automatically at checkout when signed in, combinable with other discounts and free shipping. What is the minimum order amount?
We have a $150 USD minimum order. Orders below $150 cannot be checked out. This is a B2B policy.

Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Contact us via the Request a Quote page or WhatsApp for volume pricing.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse in New Taipei City, Taiwan.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE on all orders over $150 USD. Orders under $150 cannot be checked out.

How long does delivery take?
Processing: 1–2 business days. US delivery: 7-14 business days with tracking. Other regions may vary.

Can I order online from my country?
Online checkout is available for customers in the United States, Canada and Taiwan. Taiwan orders ship locally and are sold and invoiced by 網格亞太股份有限公司 (tax ID 42996772), with 5% Taiwan VAT added at checkout.

I'm outside the US, Canada and Taiwan. How can I buy?
We have stock and supply customers in other countries, but local customs-clearance rules mean customers there cannot buy directly online. Please request a quote or email info@ugridnet.com, and handle customs clearance in your country yourself.

Are your products DOCSIS 3.1 compatible?
Yes. All UGRID BCV series products cover 5-1218 MHz and are DOCSIS 3.1 / OFDM compatible.

What is the difference between a tap, splitter, and coupler?

Are your products waterproof?
Yes. All outdoor products are IP68 rated (dust-tight and waterproof) with -40°C to +60°C operating range.
