Where we ship from
Orders currently ship internationally from Taiwan to the United States and other countries. US-based fulfillment is planned to start in Q1 2027. We'll update this policy when it begins.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Bulk or large orders may take longer; we'll confirm timing when you order or on your quote.
Delivery
Delivery times vary by destination. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.
Free shipping
Free shipping on all orders over $150, including orders currently shipped from Taiwan.
Customs duties and import taxes
Because orders ship internationally, customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees may apply on delivery. These are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. Packages refused because of these charges may not be eligible for a refund of shipping costs.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. We're not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.
