1. Products and use
Our products are professional CATV/HFC network components intended for installation by qualified personnel. You are responsible for confirming that a product suits your network and application, and for installing it safely and in line with applicable codes. Product specifications are provided for guidance; images may differ slightly from the product supplied.
2. Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order, including for pricing or listing errors or stock shortages. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
3. Payment
Payment is due in full at checkout unless we agree other terms with you in writing.
4. Taxes, duties and fees
Prices exclude taxes, customs duties and import fees unless stated at checkout. These are your responsibility.

Shipping, returns, refunds and warranty are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, loss of service, or network downtime.
